Hi, I am Carmel, founder of Cynosure. I bring over twenty years of leadership experience, spanning several executive level roles, large and complex programmes of work, culture and strategic change and supporting managers and leaders to excel and be the best they can be. As an individual I take personal pride in coaching and developing individuals to test their boundaries, to find courage to take those big steps forward and challenge themselves to reach personal goals.
Here at Cynosure, my goal is to work along side you, providing support, enhancing your strengths, and develop your confidence and guide you through your personal leadership journey. Whether you are a new leader finding your feet, or more experienced leader, needing to refresh your toolkit and reconnect with your leadership spark, Cynosure is designed to provide an individual coaching plan just for you.
Having embraced the chaos of my neuro diverse environment, much of my post graduate coaching diploma focused on learning more about neuro diversity. I have continued to grow my own understanding to provide support to those managing neuro diverse individuals or assist organisations to become neuro diversity friendly.
Cynosure will work with Managers and Individuals to understand the best way to support neuro diversity in the workplace, along with some myth busting, and targeted plans and actions as each neuro diverse individual is simply unique.
